Foods such as organic cereal and gluten free cereal are made from foods that are produced using organic methods that do not involve the modern synthetic inputs such as synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Organic farming really became a thing around the 1940s, even though it probably seems fairly new to you. It was started in response to the industrialization of agriculture.

When people are eating high fiber foods with a lot of whole grains they are getting anywhere from one to four grams of fiber per serving of whole grains. When you are eating healthy cereal or gluten free cereal remember that you are doing your body a favor by skipping the sugary stuff.
